This wonderful emblematic house in in the historic centre of Las Palmas. It is divided into 4 independent luxury apartments; 2 on the ground floor (n.1 and n.2) and 2 on the first floor (n.3 and n.4).

The modern design and decoration contrast with the original features of this building (built in 1800) that were conserved during the refurbishment, such as the masonry walls, timber roof beams, etc.

The apartments are fully-equipped to make your stay an unforgettable experience. All four apartments have a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, bedroom and large bathroom with a shower.

The apartments boast large double beds (1.60 x 2 metres), reading lights, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV with international channels, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, smoke extractor, beach towels, etc.

The building has communal areas for guests to enjoy, such as a wonderful rooftop terrace where you can sunbathe with unique views of the city and cathedral, and a reading corner in the Canarian patio. There is also a utility room with a coin operated washing machine and dryer.

For guests who have a late return flight, we offer the possibility of leaving your luggage in a safe luggage room. This service is free of charge.
